Dr. Rajkiran Dudam spoke about the tofacitinib indications and their use in rheumatology. Tofacitinib comes with lots of expectations and its generics are widely available. Side effects are more than placebo and methotrexate, comparable with anti-TNF. MACE and malignancies are higher with tofacitinib. It is not the first choice but can be used wisely.
